Impression Studio: Project 4, Riso Show first tests on Riso Printer

Studio members have been given extra access to the univeristy Riso Printer in preperation for creating the summer show catalogue. Studio members were asked to create some test images for the riso printer to see what could work and to get a better idea of how the colours blend.

I started by justing testing  basic pattern covering an a3 sheet the results were quite dissapointing as the paper continuously jammed in the printer.

I tested it again on some thicker coloured paper but the paper kept jamming and the colours didn’t blwnd very nicely so I think a pattern like this is a bad idea.
